Outreach Training and Support Services Inc. is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.  We provide Group Day, Community Engagement and Sponsored Residential Services to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Outreach was established in 2007 by Faron and Kimberlyn Brown (US Army Veterans) with the goal of providing quality services that offer a wide variety of activities that  promote choice, opportunity, independence and growth in all areas of life.
